Wherever possible your order will be dispatched the next working day – we normally try to dispatch same day as receipt and if this is important then please contact us and we will confirm whether this is possible. If there is any reason why your order cannot be dispatched we will let you know along with an estimated dispatch date. You can then cancel the order with a full refund if needed.
Delivery cost and method will depend on the size and value of the order. The cost of delivery will be clearly shown in your shopping cart. This will be £1 for small items that can be sent as Royal Mail letter, £2.50 for orders that need to be sent as Royal Mail large letter and £4.99 for orders that need to be sent as Royal Mail small parcel or Signed For. £7.99 for larger parcels which need to be sent via a next day carrier.
Upon dispatch, you will also receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable. You can track your order via the link on the email or from the order tracking section on our website.
At the moment we only dispatch to the UK and Isle of Man but if you wish to purchase from outside this region then please get in touch with the details and we can give you a quotation.
The first thing to do if you wish to return something because you have changed your mind or find the product to be faulty or damaged upon receipt is to contact us at [email protected]
Please remember though if you have changed your mind you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product.
In your email please include your order details, details of the product you wish to return and your reason for returning it. Once we have received your email we can confirm the process for returning the item where necessary and issuing a refund or replacement.
