What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Cards and items of a similar size will be dispatched by 1st class Royal Mail. Orders of a higher value will be sent via either Royal Mail signed for or via a next day courier where larger orders are involved.

You will be sent dispatch details which will confirm how the order has been sent with tracking details where applicable.

The cost of delivery will always be shown at checkout. The maximum delivery charge is £5 and any order over the value of £50 will be delivered free.

Do You Ship Internationally?

At the moment we only ship to the UK and the Isle of Man via this store. If you wish to ship outside of those areas then please get in touch. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the United States or Canada.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Wherever possible orders will be dispatched on the next working day.  You will receive a dispatch email confirming how and when the order has been sent. Delivery is normally up to two working days via Royal Mail and next day for larger orders sent via a carrier

If for some reason the order can not be filled we will contact you straight away.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments via the Stripe payment form. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer please contact us for details.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Simply add your item to the cart and this will take you directly to your shopping cart page. You can continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. If you have a voucher please make sure you enter the code and click on apply before proceeding to the checkout.

You will then be asked for your billing and shipping details.  You can check your final order and then enter your card details.

Once the order has been placed you will receive and email with all the details and confirming that the order is being processed.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you wish to change your order please contact us at [email protected] and we will confirm if amendments can be made and if any additional costs will be incurred.

For cancellations, you have up to 14 days after receiving the goods to request a cancellation.  Please contact us within that 14 days if you are returning any items.  Our full (if slightly complicated) terms and conditions can be found here.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need to set up an account to place an order.  You can check out as a guest.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will be sent an email with tracking information as soon as the order is dispatched.

You can also click on the order tracking link at the top of this page and enter your order number (found on your emails) and your billing email address.  If you have an account you can also track orders from your account page.

How Can I Return a Product?

To return a product please contact us on [email protected] and we will advise how to proceed. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage and where applicable insurance for larger items.

If you change your mind we would need to know within 14 days of you receiving the items.
